Which functions does traceNET offer?
Cultivation & harvest notification
Make your yields visible before the harvest! By specifying the harvest period and including the weekly quantity, you always have an overview of the planned yields and can thus make comparisons between target and actual yields. The weekly status output lets you make adjustments quickly and easily. In the mobile solution traceNET GO! the daily delivery quantities of the producers are entered and transmitted directly to traceNET. This enables more efficient harvest planning and a better overview of your supply chain.
Ordering
Save time and effort by processing the order process electronically via an EDI interface. Supplier orders can also be sent directly to the suppliers. Through the coherent transfer of information - from the order to the creation of the delivery note and the invoice - you are always provided with all relevant data.
Goods acceptance & storage
Accept goods via PC or directly via scan with traceNET GO! - apartment By assigning an internal batch number, the traceability of your goods and thus the transparency of the supply chain is guaranteed. Carry out a quality control with an individual questionnaire and use it for your complaint management and your documentation.
Warehouse management
Track your warehouse movements with the 3-level warehouse module and increase the transparency and efficiency of your warehouse processes. The breakdown into location, warehouse and storage space allows you to localize your goods at any time. Empty containers (empties) are also kept in stock so that any need can also be identified here.
Production
Reduce your production costs through automatic batch formation and quantity postings. The additional recording of waste and shrinkage quantities provides complete data for the quantity flow. Realistic unit costs are calculated on the basis of batch-specific warehousing and are available to you for each item produced.
Label designer
Create article, crate and pallet labels directly in traceNET. With the integrated label designer, you ensure that the correct data such as BBD, LOT, charge, etc. are always used. The integration into traceNET and the elimination of additional entries in other systems not only minimize sources of error, but also simplify your processes and procedures.
Delivery & loading
Generate delivery notes, loading lists and labels in the exact form required by retail (e.g. including batch numbers on the delivery note) or enter containers for later billing. With the data collected, you can now create a chargeback and a return slip for your customers in no time at all.
Packaging material planning
Keep track of your packaging materials. With our automatic consumption management, you receive a precise evaluation of the packaging material requirements, based on historical consumption values. So you always know how long your current inventory will last and when it's time to order new material to ensure uninterrupted production.
Certificate Management
Manage and store certificates centrally and securely. With the automatic verification of validity and expiry date for each delivery, and the option of an interface to the respective certification body, you always have an overview of your certificates and are informed in good time about an upcoming renewal.
Claim
Handle complaints processes simply and orderly. From organizing the return transport of goods to recording returned goods and quality management as part of cost recording. Our complaints module enables you to carry out further product handling and the transmission of complaints to the supplier quickly and in a targeted manner.
Billing
Create invoices with just a few clicks. By selecting the customer, you get access to all open delivery notes, from which you can create individual or collective invoices easily and quickly. Our module offers the same procedure for container billing and credit notes (with batch-specific chargeback). Thanks to configurable components (articles with prices), graduated prices and billing rates based on campaigns (storage, QM, disposal, etc.), your service billing is done in no time at all.
Producer billing
Ensure that your suppliers receive quality-based rewards! With this module, fair prices are calculated based on the quality supplied by the individual suppliers, and complaints are also taken into account when payments are made.
