• Step-by-step onboarding based on an internal learning guide and under the guidance of the Lead Consultant

• Gathering requirements and developing solution concepts

• Conducting workshops, training sessions and presentations

• Analyzing and optimizing business processes in close collaboration with clients

• Accompanying clients through all project phases: from requirements analysis through implementation to go-live

• Close collaboration with project management, development and key account management to ensure optimal solutions

• Documentation and quality assurance

In accordance with the collective agreement (ST1 entry level to ST2 standard level). Depending on qualifications and experience, we naturally offer a significant above-award salary – because excellent work deserves excellent compensation.
